Frankfurt is always worth a visit! The city is ideal for exploring on foot or by bicycle, has a breathtaking skyline, a high-quality cultural offer, an excellent regional cuisine, a rich history and is full of dynamism and liveliness.
Just in time for the RDA Group Travel Expo, the brochure "Frankfurt for Groups 2019" with experience modules that can be individually combined with or without overnight stays will be published. The overnight accommodation including a city tour is already bookable from 55,00 € per person in double room – from July to August also weekdays.
New old town
City explorers must necessarily explore the new Old Town in 2019. It was once the center of the economic and political life of the city. Here markets and fairs were held, kings elected and emperors crowned. With the building block "Old Town Experience" a piece of old Frankfurt can be experienced again. As a culmination, visitors return to a typical Frankfurt dish in a cozy tavern in the middle of the old town.
Typically Frankfurt – and always nice
For modern Frankfurt is the unique skyline in Germany. It fascinates especially at dusk, when a thousand lights shine in the night sky. The building block "Frankfurt at night" lets visitors experience the sparkling city from the water. But even during the day, a round trip "on the Main" with coffee and cake is something very special.
Frankfurt with a difference
Comfortably, guests can drive in a modern cycle rickshaw through the city center and get to know them with the experience module "Frankfurt times different" from an unfamiliar perspective. Those who prefer to pedal themselves can discover the most important sights "on two wheels". The famous son of the city has left many traces that you will get to know during a "walk with Goethe". Goethe "in person" guides his guests through his native city: how did Goethe live with his sister and his parents in the 18th century? And who or what influenced his great success? Visited are various stations of his life, which reach into the new old town.
Fans and interested people will not miss the local football club when visiting the city, especially as the Frankfurt Adler won the DFB Cup 2018. Particularly appealing is the experience module "The home of Eintracht Frankfurt" that guests may look behind the scenes of the club. A refreshment is then served in the museum.
A highlight presented by the Städel Museum under the title "Van Gogh and Germany" (30.10.2019-16.2.2020). Also the spring exhibition "Titian and the Renaissance in Venice" (13.2.-26.5.2019) can be booked as a combination package with entrance and group tour. Friends of contemporary art, however, are right at the SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT, admission to the exhibitions "Big Orchestra" (19.6.-8.9.2019) and "Lee Krasner" (10.10.2019-12.1.2020) can be booked together with a group tour.
The culinary side of Frankfurt you experience with the building blocks "cider for beginners" and "cider for advanced". After a tour around the history, tradition and production of the Frankfurt national drink, groups experience the Frankfurt lifestyle at canapes, or advanced at a tasting in the typical cider house.
